The company’s core mission is to meet the needs and objectives of public sector entities, businesses, industries, and labor and professional organizations.

Gehring Group & BenTek wanted to lay a solid foundation for their company culture. The project was to build a ‘culture campaign’ through 30 unique values.
Some of the design items in question were a wallet-sized accordion card, framed posters for each thirty values that would depict and explain what they meant (with slight variations between Gehring Group & BenTek’s so 60 total) and a mouse-pad for each employee’s workspace.
Since the message here was key, I kept design at a minimum and added more focus on the importance of the information within.
